We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To request a return, please email us with your order number, and we’ll provide return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. For health and safety reasons, opened fragrance, personal-care, or salon-use products are not eligible for return, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
