Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at dominic4533@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll send return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect). For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care/fragrance items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
